As Tarım Kredi Süt (Tarım Kredi Dairy), the innovation and quality improvement efforts of the R&D department play a major role in our healthy and profitable growth strategy. The main purpose of our R&D department is to produce technological information so that our sustainable economy can reach competitive levels in the national and international markets with our innovative activities; to increase product quality by increasing innovations in production processes, to reduce costs and to increase the profitability of our company with innovative products. It is to ensure that the experience and knowledge gained are transformed into income, to support and encourage the employment of skilled labor. Efforts are made to create new products that satisfy consumers and help them lead a balanced and healthy life.

Our successful results are formed in cooperation. We work closely with suppliers, universities and specialist technology companies through Open Innovation. We value how they contribute their knowledge and expertise to accelerate our innovation projects. Our Open Innovation team ensures that innovation opportunities from external partners are fully exploited and, where possible, integrated into Tarım Kredi Dairy innovation projects.

Our Goals in Quality

• Continuing the training activities with all our milk suppliers on animal health and nutrition, hygienic milking, keeping the milk as close to its first quality after milking, establishing and expanding small and medium-sized productive family businesses in animal husbandry, and establishing larger professional enterprises to improve the efficiency and quality of milk quantity

• To complete the management infrastructure by training the personnel in order to improve the efficiency of the system in our enterprise

Our Environmental Policy

As Tarım Kredi Süt A.Ş., we are committed to leaving a cleaner environment for future generations by minimizing the environmental impacts arising from our activities and working with a focus on environmental sustainability. The environmental management system is applied to our activities of milk and dairy products, compound animal feed, composting, fruit juice, fruit nectar, milk powder, whey powder and electricity generation.
